Challenges

    • Choose an aspect of yourself you want to develop. Ask:
        • What would make a difference to you and the people you’re regularly around?

        • What capabilities do you need to develop?

        • What steps are you willing to take to get there?

    • Watch for when there are two parts of yourself that want something different and facilitate a conversation between these parts. Record what happens and share.
